Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet apples, sugar, malt and citrus. Quite odd.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium golden yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, butter, tart and fruity - sea buckthorn. Flavour is heavy sweet with a long to average duration. Did not like it at all ;O( Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

# 3032 ersma: sehr ungewöhnliche mischung. die schlossbrauerei ist eher bekannt für ihren odin-trunk. die brauerei wirbt damit, klimaneutral zu brauen. bernsteinfarben mit mäßiger verschgäumung. der geruch ist süß, melassig. eindeutige sanddorn-note, aber auch etwas medizinschrank. der antrunk ist ebenfalls süß, ziemlich sogar. dazu aber auch eine hopfennote, so dass das ganze genauso schmeckt, wie es ist: ein bier, dem ordentlich sanddornsaft und zuckker beigemischt wurde, von beidem deutlich zu viel. sanddorn ist zumindest nicht zu überschmecken. zur mitte wird es etwas herber, die süße mit den übertriebenen aromen dominiert das ganze jedoch auch im abgang. hier nimmt sie zumindest etwas ab und lässt dem hopfen marginalen spielraum. die flasche ist eindeutig das beste am ganzen. fazit: brrrrr. 9,4,4,5,11,4 5,00

Light hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet and strangely veggie. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet finish. Watery. 280112

Bottle. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, syrup and fruit. Flavour is extreme sweet, sugar, fruit and a little citrus.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Odd.. Thin and syrupy. Tart and nasty. Heavy mould.. Nasty shit!

Light hazy pale golden with a very large, creamy, white head. Aroma has cucumber, apple, red currants, mild cranberry. Some malty sweetness in the back. Highish carbonation, dry and light oily mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet with some fruity astringency mixed in. Still, the sea buckthorn feels a bit like red currant with the same sweetness and astringency. Quite sweet overall though with a sugary feel to it. Interesting, especially if they could have lowered the sweetness.

Bottle: Hazy, deep golden, big stable off-white head, sweet fruity (dried figues,citrus fruits) nose; sweet flavour, medium bodied; citrussy and berry-like finish, also vinous notes detectable. Not the worst fruit-beer…

Bottled 500ml. -from Bier Imperium, Vienna. Gift from the owner. Light hazy orange coloured, medium sized white head, odd dry sawdust nose?! Sweet malty, slight herbal and dry meady taste with sourish berries notes (sea buckthorn). Overall too sweet. Odd and interesting brew but to be honest didn’t like it (at all).
