3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle from Steve’s Liquor and More in Madison, WI. Pours a cloudy amber-orange colored body with a finger-width, fizzy, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is fairly spicy and floral with some grainy wheat and bubble gum Belgian yeast. A good amount of coriander, citrus, grass, some pepper, and apricots. Flavor is better. A bit more malt forward, but still maintains a good amount of yeasty spice and hop bitterness. Wheat up front with a bunch of florals and coriander. Citrus peels, apricot, bubble gum, Belgian yeast, pepper, and grass. Finishes dry with a somewhat warming spiciness and a medium-light bitterness. Crisp wheat helps this dry as well with a nice mix of spices and hops. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and moderately lively carbonation. Overall, a pretty tasty Belgian ale. Crisp wheats, coriander, and Belgian yeast spices along with a pleasant hopping. Hides the alcohol well and drinks nicely. Not bad.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy golden-orange with white head. Aroma with citrus, coriander, belgian yeast, and wheat. Maybe some faint piney hops in the background. Similar flavors. Kinda like a more hoppy belgian wit. I really enjoy this one.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy copper - fizzy body, minimal head - nose of spices, overripe apples, wheat, very light, earthy phenols - lively texture, medium body - medium dry, with flavors of toasted grains, peppery character, light fruit sweetness - subdued spices and phenols, but rustic and earthy nonetheless - finish is moderately acidic, with lingering bitterness - tasty.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: JUL 2, 2013 Pours a murky orange-brown. Smells of bananas and hops. Sediment falls to the bottom of this unfiltered beer. A deliciously refreshing beer for the spring/summer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Enjoyed on tap at Frank’s Power Plant in Milwaukee, WI, where my band played at. Appearance a rather cloudy orange haze with a very thin white head. Aroma of banana, clove, and yeast...like a Belgian/weiss. Taste slightly smooth, definite hints of clove, banana and bubble gum. Just average in my opinion, maybe a little heavier than others.

Bottle courtesy of BeerFMAndy, a man who never disappoints. Served in a tulip.
Pours a bright peach color with a really nice two-finger white head. Good lacing as it goes down and a thin collar stays along for the ride. The nose brings some light bready malt as well as a light floral aroma and a bit of earth and spice. Flavor has mild malt sweetness plus a bit of a hop presence. Yeast kicks in with some mild spice toward the finish. Really light, yet creamy, mouthfeel that is the highlight of the beer for me. Nicely done. Thanks again, Andy.
