COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the third beer from Fusion Brewing made specifically to match red meat. It is a deep amber ale with complex malty flavours and strong bitterness to enhance seared meat from the grill. The perfect complement to a red meat meal.

Bottle 330ml. Very nicely balanced. Aromas of caramel, chocolate, cola, hints of liquorice. Taste is sweet, with light bitterness, and average length. Palat is velvety, and medium bodied. Amber, with a thin head.

330ml bottle. I did not expect much from this but was pleasantly surprised. Burnt copper colour with a nice creamy bone coloured foam cap. Caramel and roast malt aromas lead into a nutty biscuity malt flavour that is mildly bitter and quite pleasant. The best offering from Fusion yet.

From a 330ml bottle on 25/1/2010. This is fairly one dimensional amber ale. Not much of a nose, flavour is lots of sweet malt and a little bit of caramel and not a lot else, other than a subdued bitterness at the end. Would probably go okay with red meat, but there are many other brews out there that would do a much better job.
