Cask Stillage at the Mill At The Pier, Wigan 05/03/2005 Golden coloured hoppy and fruity. Crisp bitter lasting malt finish.

First tasted this in Gabriels, Paisley in August 1997. Cask, handpump dispense. Crystal clear pale gold in colour with a thick creamy white head. Thin aroma of fresh green apples and dusty hop resins. Thin resiny mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malts give a digestive biscuit note with zesty citric fruit notes of lemon, lime and gooseberry. Resiny hops give a fresh pine note to the long aftertaste. Finish is dry but fruity with grapefruit peel present. A decent session bitter.

Cask conditioned at Charlbury Beer Festival. Golden amber coloured (Hazed) with slight head. Sweetish light malt bitter, refreshing and fruity, with a prety decent bitter finish. Very pleasant.

Light amber; minerally, with a touch of earthy hops. Simple beer.

Amber colour. Malty and fruity, slightly sweetish. Crystal malt flavours leads to a hay finish.
