(RBESG 2007, Cask at Ubiquitos Chip, Glasgow) Amber color, nice beige head. Malty and somewhat creamy aroma, hoppy notes and some perfume. Perfume flavor with hops, sweet fruits and some spices. Quite fresh.

Bottled, RBESG 07. Sweet ale without much character. A little dried fruit, but rather boring. MAybe the cask version is better.

Air dispense at the Ubiquitous Chip, Glasgow, RBESG 07. Slightly hazy copper, thin off-white head. Toffee malt, slightly warm hoppiness. Very cold. Mouth is mostly toffee, some hops, some even vinous tones. Would be better served warmer. Drinkable with its nice chalky fruit end.

Cask air pressure at Ubiquitous chip. attractive chestnut colour with lasting beige head. decent hop aroma. Decent fullness in mouth, actually very drinkable and good malt hop balance.

The fellow told me that houston brewed this the fool. Aroma was toffe with citrus and pale malts. Taste is rich malts with a great helping of citrus hops and fruity character, darkr fruits come in later. I could drink a serious amount of this.

[Cask at Ubiquitous Chip] Brewed exclusively for the Ubiquitous Chip. Sweet aroma of toffee and sugared fruits, some toastiness. Medium, slightly sticky body, dryness in finish, on the sweet side.
