Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular. Also available filtered in bottle.
This is a strong traditional ale with intense malt flavours and a citrus hop aroma. A very smooth beer with a well-rounded, distinctly "moreish" finish.

Fairly dark copper pour for a bitter, small creamy head. Some oak and malt flavours, and a good bitter finish. Decent enough.

Tasting notes from Harbury beer festival. Grapfruit Hop aroma. Complex malt flavours with notes of carmel and berries. Decent balance.

Draught at The Halfway House, edinburgh. Hazy amber with a long-lasting creamy offwhite head. Neutral fruit aroma. Fruity flavours. Smooth at best, characterless at worst.
