3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Toasted, tea-like malts, floral-citrusy hops and fruity notes of strawberries and blueberries. Very nice aroma, slightly minty. Malty, subtly tart, dry flavour with a not too pleasant, astringent bitterness. The flavour is nowhere near as rich as the aroma.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Light amber colour, head does not last long, fair lacing. Aroma is quite intensive, with quite much honey plus toffee and a touch of herbal hops and something floral. Light sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body. I was expecting something much more bitter, but the beer is not bad and has something in its taste that is common to other Fyne Ales beers. Generally, quite ok.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Misty amber body and stable head. Biscuity malts, light roast even, plus some smooth sweetness. Tiny bit of diacetyl even, but in a good body enriching way. That makes for an excellent mouth feel with fruity hops really shines through and a great soft bitterness in the ending. I usually like these type of ales much better in cask form, as bottles theory rarely are enticing, but this did it very well for me! (50cl bottle from Beer City)
