This is a strong traditional ale with intense malt flavours and a citrus hop aroma. A very smooth beer with a well-rounded, distinctly "moreish" finish.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Fine one with balanced aromas containing some hops, citrus fruits and a bit of herbs. Smooth and quaffy, easily drinkable beer with a deep and fine finish.

Bottle from Scotia Spirit in Cologne. The beer pours out in a clear deep amber-brown colour with airy head and medium body. Aroma of fresh hops, herbs and pine. Taste of fresh, bitter hops, light barley hints, citrus fruits, pine, woods, leaves and light malt. Quaffable and refreshing. Enjoyed it.

Misty amber body and stable head. Biscuity malts, light roast even, plus some smooth sweetness. Tiny bit of diacetyl even, but in a good body enriching way. That makes for an excellent mouth feel with fruity hops really shines through and a great soft bitterness in the ending. I usually like these type of ales much better in cask form, as bottles theory rarely are enticing, but this did it very well for me! (50cl bottle from Beer City)

Cask conditioned handpump Craft Beer Co EC1 London 20/02/14. A light amber coloured beer with a whitish head and lace. A sweetish strongish bitter but with good fruit and hop balance. Well constructed and nicely drinkable. Great drinkability.
