Clear light blonde topped by a fugace bubbly head. Light aromas of lemon and hay. Light body, refreshing, mild bitterness, mild finsih with a bit of citrussy hoppiness in the finish. would have love to try a younger sample of this one. Nice session beer.

Bottle@Home. Sweet citrus aroma. Hazy, yellow, white head, good lace. Citrus, bitter, light fruity. Light dry. Flavourful and refreshing.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Yellow color with medium white head. Aroma is grainy and malty, with citrus notes. Taste, grapefruit, hints of honey, bitter hops. Nice long bitter finish. Good.

Vaalena kultainen olut, jonka päälle muodostuu valkoinen vaahto. Kerros vaahtoa sinnittelee loppujen lopuksi oluen pinnalla hyvin pitkään. Tuoksu on Sitruksinen ja kukkea. Maussa on sitrusta, keksiä ja mallasta. Katkeruus iskee nopeasti. Jättää kuivan tuntuman suuhun. Maukas ja raikas olut.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2011 This time the nose has more floral notes going on. Also, more on the taste and overall experience. Previous rating 22/04/11 7/4/6/3/13 = 3.3 50cl bottle. It pours a clear lemon with steady bubbles and a lovely head. The nose is of pine and fresh-cut grass. The taste has lemon pith followed by a long pine and grapefruit pith finish. The palate is light-bodied and then there is a very long zingy finish. Overall, this is a thirst quenching beer, slightly on the astringent side for my own taste, but could certainly have 2 or 3.

From bottle, pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma of hay and lemon. Taste is similar, zesty. Refreshing on the palate, goes down very smooth.

Bottle. A superior example of a golden ale. Bright fruit and floral hops backed up with a sweet malt base. Good bitter finish.

Half pint at Euston Tap, Euston Road, London. A clear, light golden yellow but without any noticeable head. The aroma is quite complex - clearly there’s lemon there but also a nice floral quality. Tastes very bitter without drying the mouth out too much. Smooth in the mouth. Refreshing.
