Clear light medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fresh citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fresh citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100805]

Slightly hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Light and semi dry palate. A trace of sulphur here but nothing too distracting. Nice seltzerish grapefruit with a good bitter kick. Minerals. Could be mid 3s without the sulphur.
