3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
More of a brown ale than a bitter, or at least that ’ s what seemed to me. It Tastes great, malty character mainly (caramel, nutty, a bit roasted). Lightly bitter, no sweet and full bodied. Enjoy!

4.2%abv. Purchased in Hippo Beer, West End. The bitterness is a highlight, just about alright. Really like the colour, too; dark amber, pretty. The palate is not aggressive at all. Aroma could be better though. A very pleasant bitter ale, would definitely try more stuff from Fyne Ales.
