Only 100 casks were brewed to celebrate the 100th anniversary of John Noble building a castle in 1907, next to which the fyne ales brewery is.

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2008 Ligth amber, light citric fruit nose, sweet fruit hop with a little bitterness in its finish.

Aroma has a touch of sulphury salts, spicey malts, grassy and floural hops. Taste is similar but without the sulphur, though still a bit chalky, peppery hops leave a dry mouth, very sessionable. This was cask #13 in my work.
