From cask at Bows Bar. Poursclear and golden orange with a small yet dense creamy white head. Aroma is mild hoppy fruity. Flavour starts sweet with a nice fruity hops note following. Shows a distinct bitterness into a dry finish. Light fruity hops note lasting along this giving the smooth impression of a fruity hoppy ale.

Cask, gravity, at Wellington Arms Winter Festival of Ale. Gold. Slightly nondescript fruit aroma. Taste has an unattractive cardboard overtone. Slight bitterness. Having written that I found the cardboard gradually transformed itself into a rather nice fresh apple peel aroma, and my rating climbed accordingly.
