A quintessential golden ale brewed for refreshing easy drinking. Our soft Highland water allows the full floral flavour of the hops to come through the beer.

Cask, Whey Pat Ale Festival, St Andrews. Golden blonde ale with a thin white head. Nose is hoppy, some malt and brown bread yeastiness. Mouth is slightly watery hops, some fresh fruit and a touch of citrus. Pleasant, all in all.

Cask at GBBF08. Hazy copper colour. Small stable creamy white head. The flavour starts with a distinct bitterness, slightly rough, then turns a little creamy. Uncomplicated, but nice enough.
