Bottled. Gold colour, moderate head and good condition. Good hoppy aroma with hints of grain, mainly hoppy in the mouth with a strange coconut note and a nice long hoppy finish. Another good hoppy Scottish pale ale.

Pours a lively blonde with fluffy white head. Clean English-style hop aroma, good bitter finish.

50cl bottle, BBE 12/2012. Poured clear golden with a white, lacing head. Aroma has citrusy notes and malt. Flavor is fruity and malty, citrus and some floral notes. Decent bitterness. Slightly watery, but OK body still for such low ABV. lacks the freshness the other beers have had that I have tasted from this fine brewery.

On cask at Cloisters. Pours a dark golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast and biscuity malt. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a dry finish.

from le Mondial de la Bière 2011, Strasbourg - hazy dark blond beer with a poor head retention; herbal and slightly piney hoppiness; thin-bodied and with a moderate carbonation; a decent herbal bitterness and a quite long lasting finish

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, hazy, big and stable rocky white head, sticking to the glass, solid dry and tart grapefruity and floral hoppy nose; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, not watery, quite soft; lingering grapefruity-bitter finish. A bit harsh, but nice indeed.....

Bottle@Home. Citrus and herbal aroma. Pale yellow, off-white head, good lace. Light malt-sweet, bitter, hint of citrus, light grassy. Medium body, dry. Easy going and refreshing.

500ml brown bottle. Golden pour, fairly clear, some haze. Frothy white cap, dense, good retention, good lacing. Nose has fruity malts, light citrus hops - getting lemon and orange. In the mouth the beers has a crisp pale malt base, mild citrusy bitterness that carries into the finish. Soft fruitness and a light mineral note. Light body and soft carbonation. Nice session ale.

Tap at cask. Golden with white head. Nearly no aroma. Nearly no taste. Not offensive I suppose. Practically water

500ml bottle pours golden in color with a finger of white head which leaves a thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is light grains and floral hops. Taste is light malt sweetness with a light floral hoppy bitterness throughout. Surprising amount of body given its ABV and some good carbonation as well. Overall, this is a pretty good blonde ale and it was a pleasure to have sampled this one.
