Black beer with a beige head. Smell is quite sweet with a touch of caramel. The taste is fruity as well with a hearty hop flavour and a bitter which lingers quite bitterly on the tongue. I don’t think there’s any one flavour which dominates which, were it a touch less strong, would probably make it perfect as a session beer for me.
