Bottle from Morrisons (£1.50). Kind of bland for a 5.5%. It's very very dry all the way with a long dry finish. Just lacking in any personality, really. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Aeon Liquor. L: pours a hazy pale orange-gold with a finger of fizzy white head. S: very fruity nose, passionfruit and grape. T: has kind of an acidic bitter front and a slightly sour citrus wash. F: quite spritzy and has a lasting tangy bitterness. O: a good summer quencher. Much more APA than IPA in style.

Golden color with a creamy white head with good duration. Aroma has notes of citrus, resin hops and tangerine. Flavor has a good bitterness with fruity notes, mainly citrus, grapefruit and tangerine. Good bitterness in the final with a medium dry mouthfeel.

Bottle 33cl. Clear medium golden color, average frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing; citrus nose, grapefruit, pine, strong citrus surpresses almost all other aroma’s; taste light heavy bitter, light sweet notes; medium body, oily to creamy texture, average carbonation, aftertaste sharp dry bitter, astringent, spicy notes; quite harsh on the palate, indeed aggressive, but ok.

Aroma of pale malt, some citrus, grain, soft hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Didn’t get much Nelson, more of a noble hop profile, like you’re drinking an extra hoppy Lager. An okay beer, but not what the bottle label promises.

Not a massive fan of this, disappointed as the black version is pretty solid. Faint hop aromas and some malt sweetness. Flavour is fairly one dimensional, more like APA. Aftertaste is astringent bitter grapefruit and a dry Czech lager style finish.

From a bottle in Edinburgh. Looks like a lager; excellent clarity. Smells like an APA, with herbal/fruity hops dominating. Medium-light body with medium carbonation.
