Cask at Craft Beer Co, Islington, London. A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus/tropical fruit. Not what I would call an Imperial IPA, more like a beefed up IPA. Decent stuff though.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 spacecube (348) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 23, 2013
From a bottle, nice bottle with a swing top head, a bit flat when poured, no head, thin lacing, little carbonation, aroma is very pleasant, grapefruit, lemon, orange flavours, a caramel, bready malt backbone. Alcohol is very well hidden, it’’s very nice, but for me it’s too flat and there is little bitterness. The flavours, however, are very nice
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 iammarc (382) - Inverness, SCOTLAND - JAN 27, 2013
Cask at The Anderson. Light, hoppy number. A weird hint of ’black jack’ sweetie taste? Very tasty.

Taste: Dry, fruity and hoppy. Tastes surprisingly light for 7.5% ABV.
Palate: Medium to full body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation.
Overall: Delicious and extremely easy to drink.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 JohnRMurdoch (2257) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - DEC 25, 2012
Fancy 750ml bottle from Great Grog. Been saving this one for a special occasion. Why not Christmas Day? Rich golden amber colour, good head. Aroma of tropical & citrus fruits, resin & biscuit. Dry hoppy citrus fruit flavour. Dry citrus aftertaste. More a big strong golden ale rather than a double IPA but none the worse for that.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Rune (6125) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 13, 2012
Half pint, shared with Finn, cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. Clear copper coloured body. Near-naked surface. Malt-fruity aroma. Lots of citrus in the taste character supported by honey sweetness and followed by a lingering bitter tail. Delightful (London, 01.11.2012).
