May 18, 2006 Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a slim white head. Malty aroma with grain. Nicely balanced taste; malt and hops, some fruit, then a dry bitter finish. Very good and drinkable kellerbier.

Apr 17, 2006 Bottled. A slightly hazy golden coloured lager with no head. The aroma is nice and malty with a little damp wood character. I would agree with our Belgian friends regarding the slight sourness too. The taste is nicely clean and very tasty. A perfect balance of malts and hops and an obvious unfiltered character. Very, very drinkable and easily one of the best Kellerbiers Ive had.
