Bottle brown, 500 ml, 13 P
Appearance: Pours very deep and dark, cherry red to black, almost non - see through and perfectly clear in its texture, carbonation if it is only seen is moderate. Head is beige, frothy, initially moderate in size, slowly decreasing to minimal but leaving quite impressive lacing.
Aroma: Very nice, shy and gentle aroma typical of a Dry Stout, some notes of cream, milk, fresh butter, some gentle roastyness, some ashy accents, gentle minerality, weak hoppy profile but hops are still present especially earthy touches. Notes of graphite, perfectly hidden alcohol as for its percentage.
Taste: Nice roasty and bitter front. Notes of burned and roasted malt, earthy - bitter hops, minerality, coffee, truffle candy, espresso, really dry accents, some notes of salty butter, medium bodied, really tasty, comfortable and genuine interpretation of a Dry Stout by Browar GAB. By far the best Polish Stout. Finish duration is long with notes of ash and wallnut peal and wallnut as such.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is comfortably bitter and very clean.
