Bottlle 500 ml, brown, extract of wort 11,1%
Vary nice colour, dark golden to amber, aroma is very grainy and slightly alcoholic but very nice and quite better than flavour. Bittery a bit but simultaniously seems watery, not perfectly balanced sa typical Belgian or Irish Ale. Flavour is biscuity, in the end emarge slightly stronger in bitterness. Head is rather weak and lacing is also not long lasting. Some bubbles in carbonation. Head stays on the sides of the glass for some time but all in all head is disappearing quite quickly. Aftertaste is slightly tangy, wattery though.
Tranquillity (1014), Espoo, Finland Dec 26, 2007 Absolutely one of the more original Polish beers, being more like the meads/real ales of the Baltics. Really meady aroma, actually bit of mushroom soup! Hazy brown witha lmost no head. It has almost no bubbles, but the taste isn’t strong either. Tastes mostly fruits and malt. Original, but not spectacular in any way. gnoff (2410), Göteborg, Sweden Oct 7, 2007 (50 cl bottle at Haket, Göteborg) Clear dark copper color, tan head. Faint sweet and fruity scent. Fruity taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet aftertaste.
