Bottle borwn, 500 ml, 12.5 P
Appearance: Pours cloudy, almost not see - through body in texture, in hue body is deep and quite dark amber, black tea like but smoother and more opaque. Body carbonation is moderate and the beer is very well saturated naturally. Head is slightly beige, frothy, rather small, slowly decreasing to minimal but firmly and longly lasting with a nice lacing for a very long time.
Aroma: Generally aroma is rather weak, notes of clementine, oranges, pine tree, resin, barnyard especially initially, some notes of fermented fresh yeast, some sourness typical of a natural, lively, unpasteurized and unfiltered beer. Some spicy accents, very unusual experience, since it is my first unpasteurized version of a Pale Ale. Quite inviting.
Flavour: Nice salty - sour oriented body, citrusy clementine, grapefruit like freshness, high minerality, gentle caramelly - malty base, nice crystalized malt, quite hoppy not only in citrusy freshness but also in a nice bitterness. What I especially like about this beer is its saltyness, sourness and minerality that gives the pleasant palate impression with moderate finish duration.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is quite dry, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is sourish, quite clean, moderately astringent, a good beer to have a snack with and strengthening your apetite.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich bitter hops, flowers and malt. Nicely balanced with a long bitter finish.
