Bottle. Pale amber. Bitter to start, then a malt biscuit thing going off. Sweetish finish. Ok.

Bottle; amber, white head; floral hop aroma; a straightforward hoppy bitter, with a little lime, a little salt; hops are sufficient to pucker the mouth; long, dryish finish; it’s all a little too austere for me.

Botella de 500ml. Vaso de ½ Pinta. Saboreada en jun´12. Color dorado y apariencia cristalina. Espuma blanca de burbuja median y no demasiada retención. Aromas floras y de cítricos dulces con toque de hierba. Sabor amargo limpio y sutil nota picante. Cuerpo ligero a medio y carbonatación media/alta. Textura oleosa que resulta algo sosa en el intermedio. Aceptable para ir de cañas. 500ml bottle. ½ pint glass. Enjoyed on jun´12. Golden color, clear appearance. White, medium size bubbled, froth. Not much retention. Floral & sweet citric aromas, grass hues. Clean bitter flavor with subtle spicy touch. Light to medium body. Medium to high carbonation. Oily texture but a little bland in the middle. Aceptable session beer.

Cask in Holborn Whippet. Pale clear yellow. Very cold, for a cask beer? Let it warm up a bit. Nose is grainy, light, sweet, summer beer. Lightest floral nose. Touch of honey taste.

Mid-blonde with fluffy white head and significant amount of yeast sediment. Spicy goldings hops on the nose give a pineapple and wheat spice body with aslightbitter bite and touch of digestive biscuit in thefinish. Gentle carbonation and retains headwell.

Cask conditioned handpump Wig & Pen Northampton. A yellow gold coloured beer with a whitish head. Curiously sparkled providing a creamy texture. Gentle English hopping. Lemon and lime notes in the aroma. Restrained citricity in the mouth. Quite plain but drinkable.
