Cask in Holborn Whippet. Pale clear yellow. Very cold, for a cask beer? Let it warm up a bit. Nose is grainy, light, sweet, summer beer. Lightest floral nose. Touch of honey taste.

Mid-blonde with fluffy white head and significant amount of yeast sediment. Spicy goldings hops on the nose give a pineapple and wheat spice body with aslightbitter bite and touch of digestive biscuit in thefinish. Gentle carbonation and retains headwell.

Cask conditioned handpump Wig & Pen Northampton. A yellow gold coloured beer with a whitish head. Curiously sparkled providing a creamy texture. Gentle English hopping. Lemon and lime notes in the aroma. Restrained citricity in the mouth. Quite plain but drinkable.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear deep golden. Salty hay and orange aroma. Mid dry with grainy malt and medium bodied. Very salty and lightly fruity. Orange peels leads to a long salty finish with resiny bitterness.

Fruity aroma. Typical bitter appearance, rich orange, small head. Simple malty body, but with some well balanced hops poking up occasionally to. Soft palate, carbonation low. Fairly dull bitter, but certainly passable.
