Cask conditioned at The Chequers, Oxford. Gold with white head. There is a definite cereal note to this like a slimming biscuit but without the cardboard taste. There is an oily, hoppy note, light with a hint of bitter orange. Improves through the pint to a decent beer.

Cask gravity at The Haywain, Bramling. Been looking for this for ages. Clean gold, lasting bubbly white head. I thought perhaps some diacetyl on the aroma. Interesting rye cereal flavour in the mouth. Really quite hoppy on finish. Cracking condition makes up for a lot. Some lemon and lime citrus on finish. Yes, some biscuit/digestive biscuit flavour on finish. Some diacetyl butter. Odd, but interesting and definitely worth trying.

Starts with a nice fruity nose. Flavour is fruit and toffee with a little malt and citrus. Little bit of a harsh aftertaste I found. Nice enough but Eddie has done a lot better.

On tap at Brasserie 4:20, Roma. Cloudy copper with a frothy head. Refreshing toffee and citrus nose. In the mouth also more earthy notes. Good bitterness. Lightish body. A very decent bitter.

A bright blonde, straw hue, with a depth of colour. NIce spicey, bramble fruit nose, with a looong dry finish. Nutty to taste. Excellent stuff.
