COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
Pale, amber coloured ale. Clean, crisp and bitter, using Goldings and Fuggles. This is one of those "one-off" brews that proved so popular weíre keeping it as a regular.

Gravicask at Beer at the River 14. Clear deep golden colour, thick creamy white head. Wet cardboard and mouldy bark nose. Fine carbonation. Quite bitter in flavour with steely finish.

Cask. Pours very clear, light amber. Aromas of hops and fruits, especially lemons. Taste is smooth, a medium mouthfeel, hop resins and a bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light malt, light hop. The flavour is medium to light bitter with a smooth malt hop bitter palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A superb session bitter and one of the best Iíve had. Brings back memories of Eddieís days at the Fiddler. Come back please Eddie, all is forgiven :-) Seriously, we would love to see your cask beers back there as guests.

Light gold, thin loose white head; hoppy aroma; a very bitter beer chock full of earthy hops; this has an acidic grapefruit character; boring it ainít, but this is much too astringent for me.

A pleasant beer that was easily drinkable on a cold broadstairs afternoon!

Cask at the Lovebox Festival. Iíll be honest: I didnít take great notes on this one. In fact, I didnít really take any notes. But Iíll tell you what, this was a fine beer. A mighty fine beer, in some ways, at least. Had some dry, lightly toasted malts and hints of dried leaves. The body was light and the carbonation was fine. It wasnít very sweet and had, perhaps, some light berry notes to complement the dry, toasty malts. I enjoyed it overall.

Cask at Akkurat. Pours amber with a thiny head. A simple but nice bitter. Malty with some red berries.

Cask @ Akkurat. Very traditional english cask bitter... and therefore i love it! Low carbonation, quite bland, but very refreshing and drinkable.
