Cask - Planet Thanet Festival 2010, Margate. My first of the festival, this kicked it off in style. Poured a clear golden yellow with a fine white head. Delicate floral aromas, some lemony citrus notes and a subdued sweetness in the background. Fuller on the tongue with the dry, crisp citrus notes coming through to the fore with a biscuity malt balance finishing dry and grassy. Light to medium in body with a touch of bite from the carbonation and a lasting hop bitterness.

Cask gravity at PlanetThanet BF 2010. Gold, thin white disappearing head. Not a strong aroma, but some hop. It grew on me as it went down and by the end I really enjoyed the hops on the end. Lovely

A Sim rate (sample at the brewery thanks to Eddie): Fresh hoppy aroma with some sweetness and a tart citric note. Flavour is fresh and hoppy and drinks very easily. Nice condition and a bright pale yellow colour. Nice. I quite enjoyed it.
