Appearance: golden orange, tiny white head. Aroma: manure (in a good way) hay, grass, tons and tons of ripe apples. Flavour: straw, apples, again ’manure’ but good! Long farmhouse finish. Lovely.

Rich applejuice aroma, nice small sparkles. Longlasting sweet taste. Crispy palate. Littlebit too sweet for my taste

750 ml bottle.
Massive pop when opened. Pours a dark yellow colour with a small, foamy head. Aroma of real, sweet, juicy apples with some honey. Flavour of juicy apples, honey, wood and citrus. Medium bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel and some carbonation. Nice one.

Bottled, from Alko Vaasa. Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white head that disappears quite fast. Aroma is yeasty, acidic apples as well as some slight barnyard notes. Flavour is sour green apples as well as close-to-rotten-apple-sweetness. Even some very bready notes in this one. Pleasant balance. Beware of preassure and fountains when opening this one.

0.75 l bottle bought from ALKO, 5 %. Hazy golden color, very fizzy. Yeasty and acidic aroma with notes of apple skin and barnyard. Sweetish mellow flavor with ripe apples, yeasty-meaty notes as well as barnyard. Hard to drink because of high carbonation. Perhaps an infected bottle.
