Tap at MicroBar, Reykjavķk.Dark moderately cloudy yellow/orange with a thick, bubbly white head which fades leaving a excellent lace. Aroma is yeast, bread, orange, Overripe banana. Citrus rather than the usual floral nose. Flavour was moderately bitter and very dry. Thin bodied with moderate carbonation

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head that dissipates into a white ring. Aroma is a great mix of banana and cloves that?s balanced evenly and smells rich! Taste is banana and cloves in an even balance but the body is lacking as its a touch light and leaves a bit of an acidic bite on the finish... Otherwise this is a great hefe.

Draught at Micro Bar, Reykjavik
Cloudy orange-light amber color; creamy head. Spicy aroma, banana. Very spicy and banana-fruity mouthfeel; I sense metallic as well.

Draught @ Mirco Bar. This is a pretty poor Hefe and it costs about twice as much as a great beer anywhere else.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a haze and a small head. Apple, spice and grain in the aroma. Grainy and fruity taste with notes of apple, banana, coriander and lemon. Quite refreshing, although not quite what I was expecting in the sense that it’s not a typical wheat beer.

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2014 0,33L bottle, BB 06.04.14. Pours hazy straw with white head. the head doesn’t stay. Aroma is banana, lemon, fruits and wheat. Taste is very sour, orange, lemon, and wheat. Overall: not a classic weizen in any way, but drinkable.

Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. Aroma of spicy banana and lactose. Medium body, flavour as the aroma. Decent enough Weizen.

On tap @ MicroBar in reykjavik. Hazy bright yellow. Light banana, light lemon, some spice. Wheaty with a tart finish, but missing some essential yeast character. The tartness without a nice soft full body makes me feel as though there is something lacking here. Not bad, just not what I look for in a hefeweizen.

Bottle 330ml (Stockmann Tallinn)
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has plastic and bugglegum, vinegar sourness. Medium-bodied. Lots of bubblegum, plastic, some clove and tartness in the flavor. Possible to drink but I don’t think that brewer wanted this brew to be like this.
