Bottle in Belgrade. Thanks Vlada! Thick black coffee pour, some soap bubbles. Roast coffee, some balsamic vinegar. Metallic, a little sweet-sharp not creamy. Cool sharp stout. Really delicious.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Belle robe noire, mousse beige clair. Nez café et légèrement amer. Palais onctueux, rond, belle corpulence. Complexité du café, fruits noirs et malt. Touché d'amertume bien équilibrée. Belle longueur en bouche. Top.

Rating #1378 12.12.2014 - 355mL Bottle #10 from the 2014 Craft Beer Advent Calendar with a weak tan foam that bubbles away super quickly. Aroma is roasty coffee, and caramel. medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, slick feel, soft carbonation,long finish. Lovely stout from Iceland

Not bad, don’t recall seeing this beer when I was in Iceland though. I’ve had this beer for a year and I finally got round to opening it, probably wouldn’t buy it again.

330 ml bottle from The Local Pub, Athens. Pours a black color with a thin brown head. Aromas of chocolate and roasted. Taste is chocolate, roasted malts and maybe some coffee. Light aftertaste, bittersweet. Body is a little thin for this beer, while carbonation is medium.

Bottle @ Local Pub, Athens. Color dark brown with a small head. Aroma roasted, malt, chocolate. Taste sweetbitter, roasted, malt, chocolate.

Medium brown head. Opaque black body, turns hazy brown at edges. Roasty earthy toasted rice aroma with licorice notes. Dry-sweet roasty earthy toasted rice taste with cocoa notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy chocolate and toasted rice aftertaste with roasty resiny notes. Nice, smooth, drinkable, harmonic and full of flavour. (0.33l bottle, from Vinbudin Akureyri.)

On tap at Micro Bar, Reykjavik, Pours almost pitch black with a small creamy tanned head. Aroma is malty, dark chocolate and weak roasty malts together with some dar red fresh berries. Taste is delicious dark fruits, smooth palate with a moderate dry finish, very good stout.

Visual: Pours coffee black with a small long-lasting ultra foamy head, tightly knit clustered fast streams, very sticky lacing. Nose: caramel malt, roasted coffee, charcoal. (lvl-4)-pungency Attack: incoming thick malts Mid-palate: (lvl-5)-sweetness, underlying restrained light sourness, (MAIN) roasted barley malt, coffee, cola Finish: licorice root mild dryness, bittersweet malt, light burnt bitter finish. Summary: Medium-roasted bittersweet stout goodness. Very round and all around drinkable.
