Loved this one. Good dark coffee and nutty aroma, with a bitter flavour that had hints of chocolate and nuts. Would love to go to Iceland to try this again

gramity (1530) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 26, 2014
Bad bottle I think. Poured black and flat. Aroma is sour root beer. Taste is a funky sharp sour. Still has decent roasted malt notes and a bitter finish. I got a sense of what the beer is intended to be like and based on that and other reviews I really wish I'd had the chance to taste this unspoiled. Perhaps in the future.

northropfrye (2511) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 18, 2014
Dark black body, brown head though not lasting and not much lacing. Kind of milk, lactose and cocoa aroma, not too pronounced. Taste is roasty and semi-bitter, not too complex, but nice.
