(German) This brew pours a pale golden color with a sm-white dissipating head. Aroma is of grain and corn with a crisp flowery, lite spice, taste. The finish is slightly dry but very drinkable !! Would be very nice on a hot day. Amazing that the kolsch is only brewed in the city of Koln.

Oct 12, 2008 Clear gold with tiny head. Ligth aroma of mallt, yeast and fruit. Flavour is sweet with some bitternees in finish.

Oct 11, 2008 500 ml bottle@Plan B, København. Dense lasting snowy white head. Clear, straw-yellow color. Clean fruitness and fresh, dusty and hayish hops in the aroma. Crisp, light malty and dry fruity flavor. Mild spices in the background. Notes of cookies and grass. Fruity, light bitter finish.
