| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 6, 2009 Pours a clear golden yellow color with a two finger frothy white head which has decent retention, only slowly fading into a thin cap and lasting ring. Sporadic spots of lacing.
Bland aroma with some earthy grass and straw pilsner malt ad subtle hops.
Light bodied with some crisp light golden fruit notes, a sweet pilsner malt like backbone with some grass and straw notes and a crisp slightly hoppy dry finish. Hints of apple and pear and a bit of the sweetness from the malt are decently balanced by the subtle hops. Easy drinking but not very complex.

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 6, 2009 Draft @ some German resturaunt in downtown Lake something-Sanford/Orlando, FL. Place was decent and the people there spoke German. Sounded kind of swiss Austrian German which is weird, but not as weird as Swiss German. So yea, the beer. Pour was draft, gold in colour with a decent white head. Nose is grainy with light bread-type notes. Taste was grassy, dry, and single-minded. Some bread like notes, and a mild dry bitterness. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 4, 2009 Bottle [500ml]. Pours a clear, very bubbly pale gold with an average size somewhat-lasting frothy white head. Aroma of grain, slightly vegetal and grassy along with pale malt and some light sugary sweetness.
Flavour of light grassy hops, pale malt, cereal grain, some corn and a surprising average bitter finish. Average bodied. Nothing special but it’s easy to drink, it’s clean and there’s nothing bad about it. probstk (1085), Nepean, Ontario, Canada

App.: Clear golden with a large white meringue.
Aroma: Nice light toasty malts and light grassy/peppery hops, wet hay.
Palate: Medium body and fairly light carbonation, smooth.
Flav.: Light grassy hops and light toasty, wet hay malts; dry with a touch of bitterness.
Light. Like a poor German Pils, actually. Maybe I’m ignorant to the style.
