Clear yellow with a lasting white head. Almost neutral, slightly spicy aroma. Almost American standard like. Flavor is crisp, clean, light, with just a bit of hops.

Light golden colour with almost no head. Aroma of bittered metallic malt. Light-bodied; Bad crisp flavour with a mild yeastiness and little else. Aftertaste sharp and bitter with only a mild finish. Overall, not really a kolsch in my mind...but regardless of the style-not a great beer! I had this on draught at MacGregor's in Rochester, New York on 31-March-2004.

Large white head, good retention. Light gold pissy color. Malty, corny nose, slight breadyness. Light body. Mild fruity and grainy flavors. Finish is dry, blah!

This is one fine looking clear sparkling beer with a remarkable head. The nose is first yeasty, then bready and finally hoppy. The palate is light to medium with a nice rounded maltiness. I find this ale to be very lager like; if I tasted this blind, I would probably peg it for a helles. While the beer is not a show stopper it is very correct and well made.

A pretty ordinary beer,but is at the same time quite refreshing.Decent hoppy taste and bitter aftertaste.Nice frothy head and golden coloured body.This beer is nothing to get excited about.

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2005 (Bottled) Paleish golden color with a medium, lacy head. Fruity, sweetish and buttery, flowery/hay aroma with some acidity. Citric-fruity, acidic and hoppy flavor. Medium-bodied, slicky and somewhat carbonated palate. Like a pilsener, but softer and with more fruitiness. A quite decent summer drink.

Pours gold with a large white head. Mild aroma. Good malty, slightly sweet and fruity flavor with a nice floral hop finish. Heavy carbonation. A nice brew that is easy to drink, but not much going on.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2010 Clear yellow, white head, almost but not quite fizzy. Very bready aroma. Very lightly floral hop note, but an overall satisfying malt profile. Very faint bitterness on finish. Highly drinkable, although not complex. Nothing wrong with this beer. RERATE: 3/21/10, bumped it up slightly, as everything just came together here for me. Aroma was less bready, perhaps more crackery. Hops a bit more floral and more noticeable, but still in balance. Just rather lovely. Original numbers were 6,3,7,3,15.

Pours clear yellow with a tall foamy white head. Nose is malty, grassy and lightly hopped. There malt and a slight hopped bitterness to the taste especially during the finish. There's a slight metallic hint during the finish as well, to compliment the bitterness. Very light body and very easy to drink. Not bad.

Draft at Manni's restaurant in Ft. Myers, FL. This beer had a small sized white head wth fine sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body was transparent and softly carbonated with a yellow hue. The nose was sweet and malty. The flavor of this beer was lightly bitter and malty with a smooth mouthfeel. This was a light bodied beer with sparse lacing on the sides of my glass.
