3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Crystal golden hue with a nice frothy head and good lace, lots of tiny bubbles. Grassy, citric, and noble hose with notes of pale malt, dusty yeast esters, and some vegetable. The taste was clean and crisp. Flowery hops lead with notes of light citrus twang and bready malts. The feel is lively and refreshing as a Kölsch should be. Straight forward and easy to drink. Found no off-aromas or taste to distract , a very nice bier for a style which is often so-so at best.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 12/20
22 oz. bottle. Pours a light yellow with fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy and yeasty. VERY thin. Taste is very subtle. Begins with a nice fruity yeasty taste and finishes slightly hoppy. There is also a very slight chemical aftertaste. This beer is really hurt by how thin it is. I’ve had other kolschs that were stronger and tastier. This is kinda like flavored water.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear, light golden appearance with a head that started out big. Musty nose. Light-to-medium bodied with loads of carbonation. Tasted some fruitiness up front that was soon replaced with a bitter, hoppy flavor that held on through the finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Crystal clear straw color with mild carbonation bubbles rising to a small white head and very little lacing. Clean but mildly acidic aroma. First flavor note was a bit metallic but it rounded to a fresh and lighly hoppy finish with a touch of fruity sweetness. Mouthfeel was extremely light and thin making this much more of a summer beer for me. Overall, I liked it but wasn’t impressed with any single element enough to seek out another bottle.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
draught Very pale gold; medium white head, fast gone leaving lace. Very malty-grassy nose, freshly mown-hay. Very hayish, also in the taste. My drinking companion complains about the balance. I agree not everything seems to go perfectly, but for me, this is the best of the industrials. Light bodied, little slickness. By far the most Pilsner-like of all Kölsch.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
Medium gold color with a slight haze, modest but creamy looking head and good lacing. Mild fruity aroma that was almost perfumey. Mmmm..sweet and bready malt flavor, round and delicate, slightly fruity, apple, lemon, with some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Nice laid back beer that I could drink a lot of.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, from a supermarket in Köln. Gold, thin white head and moderate condition. Soft sweet malt and gentle peppery hop aromas, quite malty in the mouth with some chalky hop bitterness developing and lingering. Clean and soft in the finish
