3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml brown bottle. Orange pour, hazy, floaties. Very fat and creamy white cap - dense and thick creme foam. Big sheets of sticky lace in the glass. Nose has sweet notes, oranges, bit of fruit, big floral hops and traces of pine. Taste has some sweet malts, notes of piney hop, a bit of fruitiness. Light fade out with mild piney hops and minor lemony notes. Standard carbonation profile, medium bodied, Bitterness isnít quite up to par with US standards, but this is a good IPA with a bit of a "Brtitish" feel that is quite balanced and has good drinkability.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A nice pine accented mildly malted IPA from PEI (my first PEI brew too). Great appearance with a golden body, steady carbonation and a thick foamy white head. The nose is pine filled with a bunch of zesty lemon. Not as resinous nor bitter as I would like, but a nice solid 6.5 % IPA

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
US hops aroma--grapefruit, strawberry, and pine along with a promise of sweetness. Hazy ruddy bronze under an eternal, dense, off-white foam. Potent hops flavour of mostly bitter grapefruit pitch with faint toasted malt in the background. A bitter punch comes up at the end. Medium body, medium to high carbonation, lingering sour and bitter finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle pours an amber brown color with a massive light beige head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is a bold citrus and pine aroma with a hint of caramel. Taste is a grapefruit and pine bitterness with a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with some decent carbonation. An impressive IPA that is worth trying for a great tasting experience.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2013 500ml bottle into pint glass. Pours a hazy reddish-brown with a long lasting pillowy off-white head. Nice hoppy nose with a pleasant floral aroma. Not too much of a hoppy punch in the mouth, but there was a hint of a sour? Mild bitterness on the back end. Not too bad at all.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very nice floral hop aroma, with a good balance from some malty caramel. Thatís a really nice introduction to this beer. Appearance is great, a hazy amber with a perfect pillowy tan head that lasts forever. In the taste, the bitterness is right up front. It spreads out into a bit of sourness through the middle, and a mildly bitter finish, although not a really long one. A really nice IPA from this PEI brewer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml bottle, 6.5% a/v
Pours a cloudy red/brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is citrus hops, and some malt backing. The taste is also citrus, floral and grassy hops with enough neutral malt to support it. The palate is nice and hoppy, without being unnecessarily hoppy. A great brew, and you canít tell its a strong one either!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle - 500ml. Hazy chestnut brown body with low carbonation and a lasting off-white frothy/creamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with grapefruit hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries citrusy, herbal, and some woody notes. Ends with a long, robust bitter finish. Very good example of IPA.
