Enjoyed on tap at the Gahan House in Charlottetown, PEI. Tons and tons of apricot flavoring (probably artificial). Quite a bit of apricot flavor. Underneath, however, there is little to no beer flavor, wheat or ale or anything else. It is, essentially, an extremely tasty, slightly sweet, glass of apricot-flavored water. While it was my favorite, I don’t believe that it was artisanal. It certainly could have been better if they’d used an unfiltered hefeweizen base, as this beer was filtered.
