Beach Chair Lager is the first canned craft beer ever produced in Atlantic Canada.

An ode to malt and hops, our approachable craft lager is made with only top quality Canadian Pilsner malts, spicy European noble hops, and lager yeast. After lengthy cold-conditioning, the resulting clean character allows the malt and hops to sing out! Grab a chair and sing along.

Gift pack with 2 pint glasses and 2 tall-boy cans. Looks like a pale golden lager, smells a touch earthier than an average lager, and tastes like a quiet summer’s day at Blooming Point beach.

This is pretty good. Pours clear orange with no head and no lacing. Nose is corn and some fruit. Flavours are light peach, some corn and some sugar. Taste is light sweeet very light bitter. Light body with medium carbonation. Bit of flavour for a lager at least.

Purchased a can at the NB Liquor on my trip to the Maritimes. Pours a clean golden colour with a white cap, decent stay and lacing. Grainy malt smell with some weird water (metallic or something different). The taste has a lot of the same with that different note from the commercial hops. Not really liking this one.

Pours a pale, lightly hazed yellow-gold with a small white head that settles into a ring. Notes of pale malts, straw, grass, and cracker. So light in body, with low carbonation and a clean, dry mouthfeel. Drinks really easy.

355 ml can poured at my buddy’s house. Pours a clear gold with minimal head and no lacing. Not getting much smell from it. Tastes kind of sweet with a little bit of carbonation. Don’t love it but it’s drinkable.

As far as pale lagers goes.... This one actually had malt and hop flavours..... Imagine that! It’s crisp, abd clean, without tasting like rotten corn because I didn’t serve it on the verge of freezing. A tasty lager, a nice easy drinking beer, a good alternative to macro swill.

Bottle shared by phaleslu. Poured clear pale with medium white head that diminished quickly with little lacing. Small aroma. Light body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor that was light sweet finish. Worth having once.

Gahan House Beach Chair Lager. Mostly clear golden color. Thin ring of bubbly off white head. Very funky nose. Must, corn, adjunct. Lighter body, light carbonation. Light slick. Moderate sweet taste, light bit of tart, light bite. Not a great Lager. Pretty off. 2/4/2/3/7

330 ml bottle shared by phaleslu during our tour of the world (first beer from Prince Edward Island). Pours a pale yellow/gold color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have pale malts, pilsner malts, grass, hay, a very mild hop character and crackers. Dry finish, not too bad for what it is.
