The Bière de Brie is brewed at our farm with malt made from the barley we grow ourselves. A double fermentation in the bottle makes it possible for this beer to develop all its aromas, while its refinement slowly develops. The natural formation of a fine layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle guarantees the use of this traditional brewing method.

Promising pour, bright color, good head, but disappointing flavor. Almost tasted like it was slightly off. Unbeer-like bitter after taste.

Very yeasty, light funky, light brown bread, grassy hops. Very classic Belgian, but certain got character. This won’t appeal to everyone. Quite full tasting for the abv, but not in the modern way. Lasting classic bitterness. An almost historic beer. (75cl bottle from Beer City)

Thin white head with spring and hops aromas. Body is light, almost transparent. Taste is short and light, with light hops flavors. Pleasant but not a winter beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
