330mL. Hazy glowing peach color. Steady, medium white head. Little to no lace. Estery pear nose. Taste is plasticy phenols with heavy minerals and
thick dough. Higher effervescence. Spiced pear. Slightly bland but
not bad. Not offensive.

Bouteille at La Gueuze near Pantheon Paris. Slightly hazy golden with a small creamy head. Solid malty Base, hints of honey, slightly fruity with a lovely floral hoppy character. Good to accompany my moules marinières.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes straw, malt, and minerals, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle from Cave à Bulles. Pours cloudy golden with a stable, little head. A bit sour, fruity and yeasty aroma. A bit grassy bitterness as well as fruity flavours. Quite refreshing.
