Cask @ Galbraith’s multiple times in September and October ’11. Deep brown pour with a moderate, persistent red-brown head leaving minimal lace. Cocoa and malt nose. Medium bod and light carbonation with a very smooth mouth feel. Chocolate milk, Bailey’s, coffee and a faint smokiness. Bitter and sweet, somewhat oily finish makes the lovely flavors linger until you talk yourself into another one.

wonderful roasty malty nose with hints of dark fruit. Nice mouth feel with lots of coffee. Fairly aggressively hopped. Roasted lingering finish. Very well made an enjoyable. The roasted coffee notes just linger in the finish.
