(draught at brewpub) pale amber with very small white head. Mild hops aroma. Flavor is mild bready malt with a nice earthy/pine hops finish. Not very west coast-y, but a nice session beer.

On tap at the brewpub, served in a shaker pint. Billed as a "West Coast Amber Ale". Bright copper color, sticky long lasting foam that creates a thick ring of drippy lacing. Bready aroma, specialty malt coming through with some earthy herbal spice. Very clean, light bodied and easily drinkable... sessionable even if I didn’t already have stuff to do. A bit hoppier than Miner’s Treasure, which they really need to ditch and brew this year round instead, if they had any idea about craft beer. Brewer here has some talent, let the guy brew already... ditch the pre-fab brewpub template and get down to business. Reviewed on: 09-30-2011

Draught at the brepwub. Pours amber-brown with ecrue head. The aroma is piney hops with a little bit of caramel and faint cherry and wood notes. the flavor is piney and catty hops with a deep woodiness and very dry finish. Not bad, but a little too catty for my taste. I was expecting a lot more citrus character, since they call it "west-coast."
