Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 6, 2003 [cask at Cockney pub in Århus] A brown almost black beer with a small light brown head. The aroma is very faint with hints of the malt, fruit and a bit smokey. The flavor is really good - a lot better than the aroma promises - it is soft and filled with malt and fruit notes. A very nice beer. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Oct 10, 2002 Bottled. Dark ruby. Neutral aroma. Malty, and raisiny, notes of toffee. salty and fruity finish. Papsoe (10367), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 10, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Deep black, almost no head or carbonation. Although stronger than a typical Mild this is fairly light-bodied. Strongly roasted notes, yet mild and smooth with only a vague bitterness. Nice and very quaffable. 250302 Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Nov 25, 2000 Very dark brown.
