Medium body with a spirt heavyness. Sweet honey smell. Juice and fresh honey with a strange white wine element taste. Its good. Medium sweet.

quite sweet and of moderate quality there is something annoying here. perhaps too much honey and that flowery taste combine with too strong of an alcohol taste. in all fairness it was drank from a clear plastic tumbler. rubbing alcohol quality combined with a slicky and velvety mouthfeel. apple pear and apricot fruit combination appears to be going on all recessed and workng off each other. the three may be an overrate but... the wife liked it!

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2007 Amber coloured mead, light complex honey nose, with a similarly deep compley honey flavour. Another great mead (9,4,8,4,17) TK 2 Rated. Apis Póltorak Jadwiga , Apis Dwójniak Staropolski and Gales Mead Wine alongside each other at home. ... Many thanks to RickGordon for letting me take the Apis ones home from RBESG07... Brown/red colour ... Light sweet Honey ... initial sweet hit with a deep honey finish ... little bitterness in back of throat but some sweetness on tongue... Thiner than the other two ... but the most honey if less complex honey.

Bottle. Sweet. In fact very sweet. Perfumy nose, with honey, rose petal, and some marmaladey fruit. Palate is sweet, yet round, and relatively well balanced given the sweetness. Dessert wine similiarities are obvious. Surprisingly nice.
