Bottle conditioned, numbered bottles, aged 10 yrs, stored on side. Ruby red, 2 of 12 with condition, others flat. I have thank my friend Andy for this, a crate held back for a special birthday, WThe beer started off as an IPA, after 10 years it is a strong ale with a port, fruit nature and an alcoholic nose. Plenty of bite on the finish with an acidic feel. The bottles with least condition developed a tea like, stalish not but not unpleasant. The corks were mostly still dry with a slight mould, hard to pull though.
