3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On cask at the Haymarket.
Appearance - golden with a proportionate head.
Nose - light green notes, flowers, lemon.
Taste - more of the same. A light stalky note intrudes with a cardboard note abreast.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - this was part of three thirds and the other two were muchmore chilled which makes me think that this was the ffirst pour of the day and that it was sitting in the run overnight. It was still good though but it needs to be revisited

Cask at Parcel Yard, Friday 13th March 2015 in company of Dad & Barry Looks superb beautiful orange with a filmy white head, looks stunning. Sadly the taste doesnít quite match the appearance, itís a reasonable bitter. Buzzy and clacky, middling bitterness, itís got a fruity bite, ok. Cannot believe I hadnít rated it yet.
