(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 30 Apr 2014) Golden amber colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with apricots, orange peel and toast. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, apricots, biscuity malt and fresh hops in a finish with a certain bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Hand-pulled pint in The Cuckfield, Wanstead on 19th Apr 2014: my first cask ale for some time (been out the country). Golden body, not much head. Mild citrus nose and flavour, light grainy maltiness within the taste to help combat the hop bitterness and citrus notes: dry ending and overall a bit bland and uninteresting.

Försiktig beska i eftersmaken.

Cask på Bishop Arms Savoy, Malmö. Gul öl med vitt skum. Doft av framförallt hö men även viss maltighet. I smaken tillkommer lite tofee men hö/spannmålssmakerna är dominerande. En helt okej sessionöl.

Scopey (9382) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 18, 2014
Cask at Spread Eagle. It pours clear golden with a tiny white head. The nose is sweet soft fruits, white grape, gooseberry, grain and honeysuckle. The taste is toasty, caramel, white grape, gooseberry, honey, citrus peel and light bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice fruitiness to it. Easy-going spring ale.
