Bottle sample at the brewery. Slightly hazy deep straw color with a small white head. Soft malt aromas with mellow floral hops and a touch of fruitiness. Light bready malt flavors, lo bitterness and some apples. Light bodied and OK for style.

Orange coloured and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Nice aroma, some bread, yeasty too, faint spice. Flavor starts moderate sweet, finish light bitter. Reveals more yeasty and malty notes. Creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle sample at comparative Israeli boutique beer tasting at Yoav’s. Thanks Yoav. Pours clear blond, almost no head. Medicinal-syrupy aroma, a little gasoline. Tastes sweet and metallic. Light body, fine carbonation, sweet finish. to be drank again at the brewery.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2013 Re-rate 5/13: Draught at Beer Market Jaffa. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, floral notes and light grainy notes. Flavor has light graininess, sweetish hints and pleasant floral and citric hops with mildly bitterness. Medium-bodied. Nice and quaffable. A LOT better than how this beer used to be. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

Draught sample at "Beers 2012" exhibition in Tel Aviv. Hazy golden. Aroma of floral hops, some fruit and yeast. A slightly spicy and yeasty flavor with a bit of sweetish malt, soapy notes and a dry finish with some floral hops bitterness. Light-bodied. 5/3/5/2/10=2.5
