At the 2nd Israeli Beer Exhibition, pours an hazy yellow with a small head, aroma of pear, pear skin, honey, flavor of cardboard, malt, apricot, alcohol, butter, medium bodied

Draught sample, small head, hazy lightish orange, biscuity maltiness, fruity melange and some spice, fruity flavour with a meduim strong herb and shrubs bitterness with hints of mustard and belgian yeast. Quite nice and interesting.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2012 Draught sample at "Beers 2012" exhibition in Tel Aviv. Hazy golden. Aroma of floral hops, some fruit and yeast. A slightly spicy and yeasty flavor with a bit of sweetish malt, soapy notes and a dry finish with some floral hops bitterness. Light-bodied.
