Bottle sample at the brewery. Clear copper color with a minimal head. Perfumy nose, with ripe fruit (peach, banana) and some vanilla. Fruity flavors of sweet oranges, low bitterness and caramel maltiness. Not dry and somewhat far from being true to style.

Bottle, smallish creamy head, very hazy dark orange colour, aroma of bread with flowers, mustard earthy and cidery notes, overall quite funky, flavour of caramel, nuts and peach, quite sweet but with a pleasant fruity sourness balancing, long fruity honey aftertaste. A bit too sweet but still a very good tripel.

Bottle. Clear deep golden-amber color with a medium off-white head. Yeasty spicy aroma with fruit esters, bubblegum, some malt and honey hints. Sweet flavor with some malt, somewhat sugary fruitiness, and an alcoholic finish, slightly spicy, with sweet bubblegum notes. Medium-bodied. A bit too sweet and alcoholic for my liking.

Bottle sample at an Israeli boutique beer tasting at yoav. Thanks yoav. Clear amber, no head. Citrus, acetone, bubblegum and Cointreau aroma. Tastes sweet and too alcoholic. Medium body, soft texture, smooth with a sweet finish.
