COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Creamy, robust, German style full bodied, full of flavors from deep roased barley malts. The very sight hint of chocolateis born of the meticulous marriage of malt and hops. This is a beer for those who desire a big taste.

Draught at the brewpub. Near black, small beige head. Salty and mildly roasty. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Lightly salty with a touch of nuts and notes of coffee and chocolate. Fairly low bitterness. Chocolate grows more prominent as it warms. A solid, clean tasting effort. This exclusive hotel brewpub may be the best I have found anywhere in China.
