3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 JorisPPattyn (7363) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAR 15, 2013
Huge, fluffy off-white head over clear coppery-golden beer. Extremely caramelly, even nearly fresh (weak) coffee nose, café noir cookies, going over in fresh, parsley aromatised malts; rainwater. Again caramel; weak tea flavoured with honey or caramelsyrup. Finish is definitely drier, hinting at noble hops, resulting in even some discreet bitternesss. Light body, creamy head, medium carbonation. Interesting as a concept, much less as a beer.
